Small Animal Services
Here at Lake Area Veterinary Clinic, we proudly provide comprehensive wellness care for both dogs and cats. Our wellness services include routine vaccinations, heartworm testing, fecal testing, senior pet care, in house bloodwork, and year-round parasite prevention.
We also offer a variety of routine surgical services, including spays, neuters, and dental procedures, to help keep your pets healthy and comfortable throughout every stage of life.
In addition, we are equipped to handle urgent and emergency cases such as cesarean sections, laceration repair, and other critical care needs when they arise (see more below)
Large Animal Services
Lake Area Veterinary Clinic is proud to offer in-house veterinary care for a variety of large animals, including horses, sheep, goats, and pigs. We are also excited to share that cattle services will be available soon as our clinic continues to grow.
Our large animal services include routine and preventative care such as Coggins testing, dental floats, vaccinations, and health certificates, helping keep your animals healthy, compliant, and performing at their best.
We also provide emergency large animal veterinary services during regular business hours when urgent needs arise.
Please note that all large animal services are provided in-house at our clinic, and we do not offer farm calls at this time.
Emergency Services
Lake Area Veterinary Clinic offers emergency services during our regular business hours to help pets when urgent care is needed. We have the capability to perform major emergency surgeries, including emergency C-sections, as well as treat lacerations, trauma, parvovirus cases, broken bones, and other critical conditions. Please note that emergency services are available during business hours only, and we do not offer after-hours emergency care.
